Do you want to digitise your company but not sure where to begin? Are you curious about your current status and position within the field of Smarty Industry? Do you want to know which key elements offer the most opportunity? Our Smarty Industry Assessment will provide you with answers.

What is needed to take your company to the next level and start producing smarter, deliver a higher quality, increase flexibility, and gain a higher profit? It all starts with gaining insights and expressing your true ambitions. For this purpose, we have developed the Smart Industry Assessment.

Approach

During the Smart Industry Assessment you will work under the guidance of innovation brokers from BOOST Robotics.

The assessment consists of 9 transformations and 18 business competencies.
Based on those competencies, we will explore the current status as well as your goals and ambitions for the future. Ideally, we do this with a group of people, such as the Management Team, to take a deeper dive into the content and have discussions that add value.

  • Topics covered include revenue models, smart products, production technologies and sustainability.

  • After addressing all the questions, a final report with conclusions is presented. This report will highlight the topics and key elements that provide the most opportunity for your company.

Result

You will gain insight into your current status and gain clarity on your goals and ambitions. Additionally, areas with the biggest potential gains are identified. Lastly, multiple individuals and teams will be brought into alignment, enabling you to pinpoint the core issues and collectively decide on which to tackle in what order.

Target audience

The Assessment is intended for companies in the manufacturing industry in the Eastern regions of The Netherlands. It is conducted by an expert team of innovation brokers from BOOST Robotics and can be done online or live on location.

Investment

The Assessment and the guidance that comes with it are offered free of charge by BOOST Robotics. However, it does require an investment in terms of time; approximately 4 to 5 hours.

EDIH BOOST Robotics is co-funded by the EU.
